The sound of a square in the morning, a color in a shop window or a conversation over lunch can bring a day back more clearly than a list of attractions. Start with three things you noticed rather than trying to summarize everything.
Give practical notes their own corner
Record a useful station exit, the name of a walking route or an accessibility detail you confirmed. Add the date so you know when that observation applied. Treat prices and opening arrangements as time-sensitive notes.
Make a page when you return
Choose a small number of photographs and match each with a sentence. Save the rest without feeling obliged to turn the entire trip into a finished album. A modest record you complete is something you can enjoy now.
